Nick Rini's commercial real estate career spans 20 years. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Nearon Enterprises, Mr. Rini was responsible for acquisitions, development, asset management, and corporate leadership.

Mr. Rini led all aspects of operating and expanding the Company's portfolio in select Western U.S. markets. Mr. Rini was directly responsible for procuring new investment opportunities and for business plan implementation including renovation, lease-up, financing, and ongoing asset management for an approx. $500 million portfolio.

Mr. Rini holds a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
